BESSEY Tool – Innovation with Tradition

BESSEY Tool GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company founded in 1889, headquartered in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, which develops and manufactures clamping tools such as screw clamps and cutting tools such as tin snips. The product range comprises more than 1,600 products, including special solutions for specific work requirements. The value chain extends from in-house production of bright and stainless steels through tool manufacturing to warehousing and shipping. BESSEY Tool sources rail and spindle material directly from its sister company BESSEY Präzisionsstahl, ensuring tested material quality for particularly stressed components. Materials include bright steel, stainless steel and malleable cast iron. The North American market is served through the subsidiary BESSEY Tools North America in Cambridge (Canada). In addition to production, the service offering includes the design of its own products, spare parts distribution, product training for retail partners and the development of custom solutions.
