Best GmbH is a specialist in individually customised cooling and heating systems based on ceiling radiant surfaces. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Isernhagen near Hanover, the company plans, manufactures, sells and installs ceiling radiant panels that deliver heat in winter and cooling in summer via radiant energy – without air turbulence, silently and virtually maintenance-free. The product portfolio includes the heating-cooling elements Elegance Line (HKE-EL) and Classic Stripe (HKE-CS) as well as the ceiling radiant panel mini 28 (DSP mini 28), each as a custom customer specification. With the self-developed BEST-energy-transfer-system (Betsy), excess heat generated is utilised rather than destroyed, which reduces CO₂ emissions. The systems are used in schools and daycare centres, administrative and office buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, sports halls, health and care facilities, churches as well as retail spaces and residential buildings, including reference projects such as the Fire and Rescue Station FRW 1 in Hanover and the BMW showrooms in Dortmund. In addition to the German market, the products are also represented internationally, including in England and Finland.
