Beta LAYOUT is a manufacturing service provider specialised in printed circuit boards, producing prototypes and series of rigid PCBs, IMS PCBs with aluminium core, and flexible PCBs. The company also offers PCB assembly with SMD and THT components including reflow soldering and automatic optical inspection (AOI), the production of SMD stencils from paste data, front panels made of aluminium, as well as 3D-MID, RFID and 3D-printed parts in SLS technology. The Gerber data format Ext. Gerber (RS-274X) is accepted as standard; according to the company, urgent assembly orders are manufactured within two working days and PCBs in some cases within eight hours. According to its own statements, the company serves around 40,000 customers via several country- and language-specific online portals (de/eu/fr/it/uk/nl/us).
