BETA Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG develops and manufactures machines, plants, steel molds and logistics equipment for the production of structural precast elements and individual concrete components. The product range includes tilting tables, circulation pallets, complex formwork for structural and civil engineering as well as molds for manhole structures for casting, pressing and vibration processes with standard concrete, self-compacting concrete (SCC), polymer concrete and earth-moist concrete in accordance with DIN 4034-1/-2. In addition, the company supplies a range of crane spreader beams, hooks and grabs as standard and custom designs, as well as a magnetic formwork system with switchable magnets and matching formwork profiles, also for use with formwork robots. The value chain covers consulting and design, manufacturing, assembly and service; at the Hofheim site, large components are machined as contract work (turned and milled parts including welded assemblies), and the company also offers reconditioning and repair of mold equipment of all systems. Customers are the precast concrete industry as well as industry, trade and crafts, supplied via distribution partners across large parts of Europe.
