About BFE/BFU
BFE and BFU are two medium-sized precast concrete plants of the Bettels Group in Banteln (Gronau, Lower Saxony) and Unseburg (Bördeaue, Saxony-Anhalt). The product range includes precast floor slabs as semi-finished slabs according to EC2 with approx. 5 cm thick reinforced concrete plates and lattice girders in widths of 2.50 to 3.00 m as well as hollow-core walls (element walls) made of two approx. 5–7 cm thick reinforced concrete shells with wall thicknesses of 20 to 40 cm, which are filled with in-situ concrete on the construction site. In addition, structural precast concrete elements such as solid concrete slabs and walls, balconies, block steps, plinths, dwarf walls, beams, columns as well as straight and spiral raw concrete stairs with cast-on cantilever supports, landings, impact sound insulation or step edge profiles are manufactured. The products are developed in accordance with the structural and design requirements; the technical office supports planning and consulting. The company also supplies site-side reinforcement (mats, straight and bent round bar, ready-assembled) as well as assembly packages. The plants operate with wastewater treatment and recycling of concrete residue. Main delivery areas are Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and neighbouring federal states.
