Betoniu GmbH is a concrete manufactory founded in 2007 and based in Leipzig. The company develops and manufactures durable concrete solutions for interiors, outdoor areas and architecture: contract and fire-protection furniture (fire classes A1/B1), outdoor furniture, modular urban and contract furniture, as well as construction products such as concrete window sills and door thresholds. In addition, Betoniu offers contract manufacturing for brands and manufacturers – from small series to several thousand units per year, including for Iittala, Ingo Maurer, decode London and Walter Knoll (table base Temno Table). Products are made by hand from high-performance and glass-fibre reinforced concrete in grey tones based on concrete, white cement and dark bases, combined with steel frames (powder-coated), wood and felt; surfaces are protected with Nanoclear Top, hard sealant or anti-graffiti coating. For architects and commercial customers, custom dimensions, 3D data, tender texts, fire protection certificates as well as an assembly and installation service are available. Since 2025, Betoniu has also been distributing the street furniture of the Hungarian manufacturer VPI CONCRETE in Germany.
