About us
Betonsteinwerk Eschenauer has been producing concrete precast elements since 1964 and today specializes in custom-made components for building and civil engineering. At the Plaidt site, on a plant premises of approximately 30,000 m², precast facades (two-layer sandwich and single-layer curtain facades), straight-flight, curved and folded-plate stairs, balconies, parapets, window sills, elements for landscaping as well as special components according to customer specifications are produced. Concrete is produced in-house via a computer-controlled mixing plant with a 6-chamber dosing system; an in-house formwork construction unit and an own planning department including structural calculations complement production. Materials are concrete based on grey and white cement with various aggregates and colour pigments; edge protection profiles made of stainless steel or plastic as well as transport anchor closures made of PVC, concrete or stainless steel round off the product range. Surface finishes include smooth as-cast exposed concrete surfaces in all 4 classes, acid-etched, sandblasted and bush-hammered surfaces as well as texture matrices with slip resistance up to R13, optionally with hydrophobisation or graffiti protection. References include projects such as the Rhein-Sieg-Forum Siegburg, the Konstablerwache Frankfurt, the University of Mannheim and the Grand Tower.
