The company mediates and coordinates reinforced concrete precast elements such as element floors, double walls, precast stairs, precast balconies and built-in components for building waterproofing (the 'white tank' package) and awards the manufacturing contracts to specialized concrete precast manufacturers. With its in-house planning and engineering office, the company produces preliminary structural calculations, preliminary planning, specifications (bill of quantities) and project-related precast factory planning and detailed execution planning. Its own logistics ensures on-schedule, cross-component delivery to the construction site using special vehicles and truck cranes, supplemented by special construction articles and rebar. The focus is on residential construction and mid-sized commercial construction; the sales territory covers North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg and Berlin.
