Betonwerk Milmersdorf GmbH manufactures precast and semi-finished concrete parts for residential and non-residential construction at its plant in the Milmersdorf district of Götschendorf (Uckermark district, Brandenburg). The product range includes the MX floor system as well as straight and spiral stair elements, balcony slabs in individual shapes, sizes and thicknesses, and structural components such as lintels, downstand beams, kneewalls, parapets, frost aprons, lift shaft walls, columns, transoms and beams. Production is carried out in structural concrete; external formwork construction is used where necessary to implement customer-specific requirements. The value chain covers planning of structural solutions together with structural engineers and specialist planners, manufacture, delivery and assembly. Once assembled, the stairs are immediately usable as construction stages; balcony slabs can be executed with upstand edges, built-in parts, falls and thermal insulation elements such as the Schöck Iso-Korb. Deliveries are made to the German market.
