About us

Betreuungen M. Heinen is a sole proprietorship of Michael Heinen, graduate social pedagogue and professional guardian, based in Troisdorf. Since 2007, legal guardianships under the Guardianship Act (§§ 1896 ff. BGB) have been exercised in the Rhein-Sieg district. The range of services includes, in addition to court-ordered guardianships, representation based on care or representation powers of attorney, as well as advice and support in the assigned areas of responsibility.
