About Bette

Since 1952, Bette GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing bathtubs, shower trays and washbasins made of glazed titanium steel (steel enamel) at its Delbrück site, using the in-house BetteGlasur® which is applied in the wet-on-wet process. Production includes deep drawing on an 800-tonne press line, laser cutting of the tub rims, swivel bending, enamelling as well as in-house tool design and manufacture in the company's own toolmaking department. With a capacity of around 2,000 parts per day, or about 500,000 components per year, Bette supplies projects and retail in more than 30 countries. Products are also offered as custom-made items, such as corner sections, custom cutting before the enamel firing and factory-fitted tap hole drillings. Customer industries include hotel and residential construction, single-family homes, public buildings, healthcare and cruise ships.
