About CDS – Cam Driven Systems
Bettinelli F.lli S.p.A., under the Cam Driven Systems (CDS) brand, develops and manufactures high-precision mechanical components and systems for motion control: rotary indexing tables, precision link conveyors (TL series), pallet changers, pick-and-place units, cycloidal gearboxes, as well as complete assembly, inspection and packaging platforms, including the MEDICAM brand for cleanroom applications. All value creation takes place in-house: engineering, 5-axis CNC milling, turning and grinding, NC-controlled induction hardening of cam profiles, nickel plating, shot blasting and painting, as well as assembly and final inspection with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. Production is carried out in steel, special aluminum alloys and cast iron alloys. Customers come from the automotive, chemical, cosmetics, electrical/electronics, food & consumer goods, hygiene/nonwoven, machine tool as well as medical & pharmaceutical sectors. Headquarters are in Bagnolo Cremasco (CR), Italy, on the historic De Magistris site; branches exist in Germany, the USA, India and China.
