About BG Concept
BG Concept Sàrl is a family-run, independent company founded in 2020 in the Vallée de Joux, the heart of the Swiss watchmaking industry. The company builds on more than 30 years of experience of its founders in the manufacture of progressive stamping dies (étampes à suivre) and in micromechanical machining. It produces complex, custom micromechanical components, combining progressive stamping and precision machining processes depending on requirements. The service portfolio includes tool design and toolmaking in its own bureau technique, series production of stamped parts including a lifetime guarantee on the stamping tools, tool maintenance, precision machining of small series as a subcontractor, and prototype construction. In addition, BG Concept offers Microspeed, a non-contact measuring device for flatness measurement of machined surfaces, with which more than thirty companies in the Arc Jurassien have already been equipped. Customer industries include apparatus engineering, the automotive industry, connectique, the watchmaking industry, electronics (sensors/microcomponents) and medical technology.
