About us
BHM Beyer Energiehandel GmbH is a mid-sized family-owned company based in Berlin with a branch in Hohen Neuendorf. Now run by the fifth generation, the company supplies commercial, private and municipal customers in the greater Berlin and Brandenburg area with heating oil, diesel, electricity, natural gas and lubricants, and offers supplementary services such as freight forwarding, consulting and service. Two grades of heating oil are offered: low-sulfur heating oil EL according to DIN 51 603-1 as well as a Premium variant with improved storage stability and almost residue-free combustion. Deliveries are made with the company's own fleet, at short notice within 24 to 48 hours on request; orders, including collective orders for up to ten delivery addresses, can be placed via an online price calculator. From a transport and coal trading business founded in 1930, the company gradually developed into a modern regional energy supplier, still managed by the family of founder Karl Beyer.

Karl Beyer founds a transport company in Hohen Neuendorf with a tractor and horse-drawn carriage, among other things for furniture transport and removals.
- 1945
Founding of the 'Märkischer Kohlehandel' (Markish coal trade) by Karl and Georg Beyer; later renamed 'Kohlehandlung Beyer'.
- 1963
After Georg Beyer's death, Wolfgang Beyer takes over the company with 12 employees; central distributor for the VEB Kohlehandel Potsdam.

Sabine and Steffen Apelt take over the company in the fourth generation.
