About the Bielefelder Braumanufaktur

The Bielefelder Braumanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed craft brewery in Bielefeld-Brackwede, founded in 2016 by Mike Cacic. Since its own brewhouse was commissioned in 2022, the beer has been brewed entirely on site on the company's own facility – previously the beer was contract-brewed and bottled at regional breweries (including Schloßbrauerei Rheder and Westheimer Brauerei). Brewing is done by hand in small batches with long maturation times, complemented by lemonade and cola sold through the company's own webshop. The company also operates a taproom with seating for up to 65 guests, brewery tours, beer tastings and an event venue for corporate and private celebrations. Since 2020, the brewery has delivered itself within a radius of 100 kilometres around Bielefeld. Sustainability is part of the concept: photovoltaics on the roof, climate-neutral gas, reusable bottles and a reforestation campaign in which every fourth crate sold plants 1 m² of Teutoburg Forest.
