BIELENBERG GmbH, based in Kerpen near Cologne, is a specialist company for manufacturer-independent overhaul of industrial valves and plant equipment with more than 40 years of experience. At its main plant in Kerpen and at the Goch site, control and rotary plug valves, safety valves, check valves, ball and plug valves, gate valves, dampers, flow meters as well as actuators, mounted components and control systems are overhauled and repaired. Nominal sizes range from below DN 25 to above DN 1000, in both DIN and ANSI. The service portfolio includes workshop service with collection and delivery service, on-site workshops at customer premises, shutdown and turnaround work, spare parts procurement, as well as installation and conversion of new equipment from renowned manufacturers. A proprietary, ÜChem-certified TA-Luft packing concept for control valves rounds off the offering. Customers come primarily from the chemical and petrochemical industry, refineries, the food and beverage sector and the energy industry.

BIELENBERG works according to DIN ISO 9001:2015, SCC**-VAZ 2021, the ATEX Product Directive, TA-Luft and WGK and is certified as a ÜChem specialist company. Leak tests are carried out, among other methods, by partial leak rate measurement on stem penetrations with test gas up to 40 bar.
