Its service portfolio includes CNC milling on 3- and 4-axis machining centers, CNC turning of single parts through to large-scale series with turning diameters up to 350 mm, and high-precision saw cutting up to 260 mm in diameter. In addition, the company offers surface and heat treatments, development and prototype construction, series production, and the assembly of complete assemblies. The modern machine fleet with machines from Muratec, CMZ, Tongtai and Bomar is continuously renewed and complemented by automation such as bar feeders and a robot cell with deburring and cleaning station for 24/7 operation.
