About us

Bier-Schneider GmbH is a regional and nationwide beverage wholesale specialist and hospitality service provider headquartered in Bornheim-Hersel in the Rhineland. From a small beer agency founded more than 125 years ago, the family-owned company has developed into a leading specialist wholesaler for the hospitality sector of the region. The product range includes a wide selection of beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, sparkling wines, spirits and hygiene products. On a company site of around 13,000 square metres, goods are efficiently stored and picked thanks to clearly structured processes and modern IT systems. The company supports restaurateurs comprehensively – from the initial concept idea through planning and financing to fit-out and ongoing operations – and provides marketing and business management consulting. Orders are placed digitally via an app, invoicing is electronic, and delivery is free of charge to the customer's door with weekly deliveries at agreed times.
