About Bieraria Tschlin SA

Bieraria Tschlin SA is a Swiss brewery in Martina in the municipality of Valsot in the Lower Engadine, canton of Graubünden. It produces four organic and mountain-certified beer varieties under the Biera Engiadinaisa brand (Romansh for Engadine beer): Tschlin cler as a naturally cloudy lager beer, Tschlin ambra as an amber beer, Alvetern/Edelweiss as a wit beer with edelweiss flowers from the Puschlav, and a wheat beer. Unlike most Swiss breweries, the company sources 100 % of its brewing barley and hops from Swiss organic-farming ingredients, with the raw materials originating from the regional mountain area. For this, the beer is certified with the Bio Suisse Knospe, Swiss Mountain Product and regio.garantie quality labels. Biera Engiadinaisa is distributed in restaurants and grocery stores in the Engadin; Tschlin Ambra is available throughout Switzerland via the retailer Coop in the Pro Montagna line. Since 2020, the partnership with Chopfab Boxer has handled logistics and distribution.
