BIERI Hydraulik AG was founded in 1950 and is a company of the HYDAC Group. The company develops and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components for micro and high-pressure applications, with a core focus on high-pressure pumps and valves. The pumps are characterised by a high volumetric efficiency as well as a self-venting and self-priming design; the valves are mostly based on the principle of poppet-type (seat-sealing) construction. The components are used mainly in oil-hydraulic application fields, and increasingly also with alternative pressure fluids.
