About bike-energy
bike-energy has been developing and manufacturing e-bike charging stations and matching charging cables in Austria since 2011. The product portfolio comprises three designs – POINT, LINE and TOWER – for wall, floor and space installations with 2 to 5 charging points per station, which use a conventional 230V connection and are delivered fully pre-assembled. Via a system of more than 30 charging cable variants, the stations are compatible with around 99 and over 95 percent of all e-bikes respectively, without adapters or power supplies. Every station is networked ex works with the CONNECT online monitoring module, which enables remote monitoring, evaluation of charging processes and OTA updates; the bike-energy app provides charging station search and route planning. Target groups are tourism businesses and hosts, municipalities, commerce as well as cable railway associations. The stations are weatherproof, vandalism-resistant in design, CE-compliant and ISO 9001 certified; more than 3,000 stations have been installed in 19 countries to date.

Quality & Certification
All charging stations are manufactured in Austria, are weatherproof and vandalism-resistant in design, TÜV-tested, CE-compliant and ISO 9001 certified. The intelligent charging electronics monitor voltage and battery type and shut down immediately if values fall outside the safe corridor.
