About BIKON-Technik
Since 1972, BIKON-Technik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing releasable taper clamping systems (clamping sets) and frictional shaft-hub connections for drive technology. The product range includes internal, intermediate and external clamping systems, flange and shaft couplings, clamping bolts, clamping fitting bolts and custom designs, sold under the protected brands BIKON and DOBIKON. The range comprises more than 40 standard product lines and over 4300 special variants; products are available for shaft diameters from 6 mm to over 1000 mm, including imperial dimensions, stainless and surface-coated versions. Development takes place in-house with CAD design, simulation and FEM calculation; since 2017, additive manufacturing (3D printing) has been used for prototyping. Customers include general mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, gearbox manufacturers and open-cast mining; sales are handled as direct sales worldwide from the Neuss site. In the field of taper clamping systems, the company has obtained more than 100 patents.
