bilacon is a testing laboratory specialized in food analytics with more than 30 years of experience and part of the Tentamus Group. The company, with over 300 employees at three locations in Berlin, Rotterdam and Zagreb, brings together the competencies of sensory, instrumental, physico-chemical and microbiological analysis under one roof. Its services include analyses of quality, ingredients, residues, hygiene, contaminants and legal compliance along the entire value chain – from raw materials to the finished end product. The analytics portfolio is complemented by individual consulting, training and seminars, sampling services, and support for start-ups and e-commerce providers. The laboratory is accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and officially authorized as a counter-sample expert. As a member of the Tentamus network, bilacon also covers analytics for a wide variety of product groups as well as international external quality control requirements.
