About Billi Dichtungstechnik

Billi Dichtungstechnik GmbH is a seal manufacturer founded in 1991 and based in Rain am Lech. After initially selling gland packings, the focus shifted from 1997 to the production of mechanical seals, which are manufactured to the standards EN 12756 (DIN 24960) and ISO 3069; the shaft diameter of the standard versions ranges from 10 to 100 mm. In addition to mechanical seals, the company produces flat gaskets, spiral seals, graphite seals, PTFE seals, O-rings, packings and bellows seals. Production starts from a quantity of one, including single pieces and custom-made products according to customer drawings; for beverage and food machinery, only FDA-approved materials such as NBR, EPDM, Viton, carbon and silicon carbide are used. An in-house bb-service gmbh offers special seals and the repair of mechanical seals of all brands. A large central warehouse makes it possible to deliver 85 % of orders on the same day; the products are shipped worldwide to more than 70 countries.
