About BINDER
BINDER develops and manufactures at its Tuttlingen site in Germany temperature and climate test chambers, drying ovens, battery test chambers and walk-in climate chambers for environmental simulation. The systems generate defined temperature and humidity conditions from −70 °C to 300 °C and up to 98 % relative humidity for aging, functional, storage and conditioning tests on materials, components, assemblies and complete systems. The portfolio covers volumes from 23 liters up to walk-in chambers of 24 m³; climate change test chambers achieve change rates of up to 5.5 K/min. For battery testing, modular safety packages according to EUCAR Hazard Levels (class 0–6) are available with pressure relief, inerting, gas detection and monitoring. The solutions support standards-compliant testing including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883 J and MIL-E-5272 and are used in industries such as defence, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, electronics as well as battery and energy storage technology. In addition, BINDER offers technical consulting, customer-specific modifications, engineering, system and data integration as well as installation, maintenance and service over the entire lifecycle.
