About BING Power Systems
BING Power Systems GmbH is a traditional company based in Nuremberg that has been developing, producing and distributing components and systems for the automotive and aircraft engine industry since 1926. Originally known as the Bing carburetor factory, today's portfolio comprises mechanical and electronic throttle body assemblies, oil spray nozzles for piston cooling, fuel injection rails, shift assistants (quickshifters), exhaust systems for auxiliary heaters, wax thermostats, gas mixers for combined heat and power units and fuel supply units for independent heaters. Products are manufactured in aluminium die casting, steel, stainless steel (including 1.4301 and 1.4509), brass, copper and plastic, from prototype production through small series to large-scale series. Offered as contract manufacturing are brazing and high-temperature brazing under shielding gas on two shielding gas continuous furnaces as well as annealing. With around 110 employees, the company supplies renowned motorcycle and automobile manufacturers and has belonged to the Indian Flash Group since 2015; together with Flash Electronics India, ISG systems and components for alternative drives have been developed since 2024. At the Hungarian site in Szigetszentmiklós (BING Power Origin Kft.), around 500,000 thermostats are produced annually.
