About BINTEK
BINTEK GmbH was founded in 2005 in Sirnach TG as an outsourcing partner for assembly work and has developed over the years into a comprehensive manufacturing partner in the CNC field. Based in Dussnang (Canton Thurgau), the company operates as a contract manufacturer producing precision parts and complex assemblies from metal and plastic. The machine fleet includes CNC lathes with C and Y axes, sub-spindle and bar feeders, CNC milling machines with 3, 4 and 5 axes in horizontal and vertical configurations, stamping presses with up to 250 t of press force, and laser systems. Programming is performed on the basis of CAD files supplied by the customer or in-house STP files with real-time simulation in the CAM system. Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, the construction industry, and the aerospace industry; the manufactured parts are in use worldwide in numerous applications. In addition to series production, BINTEK offers express orders for turned and milled parts with delivery within 1–3 working days.
