The Bio-Chemisches Laboratorium Dr. Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2006 by Dr. Richard Lehmann in Lautrach near Memmingen. The basis of the founding is more than thirty years of experience in the field of preservation technology, which the founder acquired as owner and managing partner of the former company BIOCHEMA SCHWABEN Dr. Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG. The laboratory, accredited to DIN EN ISO 17025, offers services for quality assurance, product development and product safety. Its service areas include microbiological examinations of cosmetic and technical, water-containing products and systems such as circulating waters or metalworking fluid emulsions, analytical examinations for the quantitative measurement of antimicrobial substances and their degradation products, as well as testing of physical and rheological or galenic parameters including storage stability testing. Customers come from the cosmetics, personal care articles, construction products and chemical-technical products industries. Results are available online via a customer portal; the validity of test reports can be verified there. In addition, the company offers individual consulting on product development and product monitoring.
