Exhaust air purification systems
biodesodor manufactures and distributes exhaust air purification systems based on biological and chemical processes, including biofilters of types BFK and BF, activated carbon filters for sewer shafts, pipe installation and shaft covers as well as exhaust air humidifiers of type GSW in accordance with VDI guideline 3477. The systems are supplied as compact units and in expandable modular design made of UV-stabilized plastic (PE, PEel, PP, PPs, PPels), covering exhaust air volumes from 100 to 100,000 m³/h. The portfolio also includes passive biofilter hang-in systems, activated carbon drum filters, industrial installation of ventilation systems made of plastic, as well as delivery, replacement and disposal of biofilter material such as root wood, bark and wood chips. Corrosion-resistant and UV-resistant plastics are used as construction materials for the filter modules, ensuring a long service life of the systems. Target industries include wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations, industrial wastewater plants, biogas plants, landfill operations, composting and recycling plants as well as the food and animal feed industry. In addition, biodesodor offers filling work and provides free trial filters for two months.
