Since 2010, Biogas-Additive.de GmbH has offered enzyme formulations and additives for the optimisation of biological processes in biogas plants and supplies customers throughout Europe. The product portfolio includes the ZYmaXX® enzyme product family for breaking down plant fibres, the TREmaXX® trace elements, the SILAmaXX® silage additives and the desulphurisation agent FERRmaXX®. Since 2024, the Waste product range has complemented the offering with combination products for waste digestion, both for continuous wet digestion and for garage-type dry fermentation. The company provides plant operators with individual consulting on process optimisation and distributes its products via an online shop with shipping. The company was founded in 2010 in Regensburg as Becker Concepts GmbH & Co. KG, initially as the exclusive distributor for the enzyme product MethaPlus® from DSM (NL); since 2011 the headquarters have been located in Rudolstadt (Thuringia), with administration based in Ahrensburg (Schleswig-Holstein).
