Biogastechnik Süd GmbH, based in Isny im Allgäu, has been developing and producing components for biogas plants since 2002. The product range includes the Easyfeeder solid feed-in technology, the Varibull and Varibull L paddle agitators, press screw separators (Sepogant, Sepofarm), the Returgant Direkt biomass recirculation filter, the WaveBox ultrasound technology for fibre disintegration, and the Vapogant digestate evaporation system with VapoCircle technology. This is complemented by overpressure and vacuum protection devices (Biogard, Biosecure) as well as control and electrical engineering with remote access. The company originates from the founders' own farm and follows the principle of "from practice, for practice". Manufacturing is carried out with a high level of in-house production depth at the Isny site, from development through production to installation, commissioning, maintenance and emergency breakdown service. Customers include biogas plant operators, agricultural businesses and wastewater treatment plants in Germany and abroad.
