bioltec systems GmbH, based in Nittenau-Brunn (Bavaria), specializes in the retrofitting of commercial diesel engines for operation with sustainable biofuels. The core product is the patented dual-fuel technology (2-tank system), which enables the use of renewable fuels in standard diesel engines and can replace up to 90% of the diesel requirement. Fuels used include vegetable oil fuel according to DIN 51623, straight vegetable oil fuel according to DIN 51605, biodiesel, vegetable oil and animal fat as substitutes for fossil diesel. The service portfolio includes engineering, vehicle installation, individual adjustment of vehicles to their operating profile, engine oil and fuel analyses, engine check and cleaning, telematics/remote monitoring as well as workshop, driver and sales training. With the bio2wheel concept, the company together with MARA Pflanzenöl GmbH & Co. KG offers a complete package for fleet operators of trucks, buses and agricultural machinery. Customers come from transport/logistics, bus operations, agriculture, construction machinery, special fleet operators, rail transport and stationary power units. In addition to the German headquarters, bioltec maintains a subsidiary in Brazil (Cotia, SP) as well as a partner in Goiânia (GO).
