About Biomühle Eiling
Biomühle Eiling is an organic mill in Warstein-Sichtigvor (North Rhine-Westphalia) that exclusively processes grain specialities from certified organic farming. The product range includes wheat flour, spelt flour and rye flour as well as flours made from ancient grains such as emmer, einkorn and Lichtkornroggen (light-grain rye), KAMUT® brand Khorasan wheat, plus flakes, semolina, bran, kernels, seeds, malt products and in-house developed bread baking mixes. The grain is sourced directly from certified organic producers in the region. Cleaning includes optical sorting with the Bühler Sortex A colour sorter, which inspects every single kernel for structure and colour and removes impurities with air nozzles. The products are filled by hand in artisanal freshly-milled quality and shipped via the company's own online shop; every bag of flour carries a proof of origin for the organic farm that delivered the grain. The mill looks back on more than 400 years of milling tradition.
