About Bionik-Dental
Bionik-Dental is a dental laboratory company founded in 1999 in Berlin that manufactures dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, dentures, implant-supported work and combined dental prostheses. Production takes place in its own master laboratory in Izmir/Turkey, certified by TÜV SÜD to DIN EN ISO 9001, as well as in the service laboratory in Berlin; the dental technicians are trained according to German standards. Processes include CAD/CAM milling of zirconia, NEM (non-precious metal) and plastic frameworks, electroforming (galvano crowns made of pure gold), full-cast and partial denture casting work, press ceramics (e.max), PEEK dentures, veneering ceramics and plastics, as well as 3D-printed pattern models for cast objects. Production is also carried out on the basis of transmitted intraoral scan data. Only renowned, CE-marked materials are used, including gold and NEM alloys (Degulor M, Starbond CoS/Co), zirconia blanks (Upcera), ceramic materials (Super Porcelain EX-3) and veneering plastics (Solidex, SR Nexco). Customers are dentists and dental laboratories from all over Europe.
