About biosanica
Since 2013, biosanica GmbH has been producing dried apple products in all shapes – mostly from organic apples from European growing regions. The product range includes apple chips, apple pieces, apple cubes, apple rings and apple powder as well as association-certified goods according to Bioland, Demeter and Naturland, sourced exclusively from long-standing contract partners, mainly from the Altes Land region. All organic dried apple products are produced in Germany; the entire value chain from raw material selection through drying to packaging takes place at the Süderholz site in northern Germany. In addition to its own production, the company also acts as a broker for dried apple products and supplies the international food industry, raw material traders and retail, including REWE and Aldi Nord with organic apple chips. Production, purchasing, logistics and quality management form the company's core competencies.
