About Biotherm Pelletheizung
Biotherm Pelletheizung is a German family-owned company based in Ehringshausen, specialising in wood pellet heating technology. The company manufactures compact three-pass pellet boilers of the SP15/SP25 series with outputs of 14.9 and 23.0 kW respectively and a boiler efficiency of over 92% without a lambda probe. In addition, Biotherm produces auger feed systems and suction augers for pellet stores up to 6 metres in length, suction systems with dust separators, and patented dust separators for auger feeds developed jointly with the TU Chemnitz. The product range is complemented by glow igniters and ignition ceramics made of silicon nitride in various power classes (250-300 W) as well as spare parts for third-party products such as EcoTec and Bioline. According to the manufacturer, around 1000 of the boilers are in operation as sole proprietorships. Production takes place in the company's own production facility in northern Germany; sales are handled via the heating trade and independent sales partners, among others in Spain, Belgium, France, Ireland and the Netherlands.
