BISON S.A. is a Polish manufacturer of clamping solutions for machining and has served customers from more than 60 global markets for over 70 years. The product range includes lathe chucks and faceplates, power chucks and cylinders, precision and machine vices, workholding fixtures, VDI tool holders, centers and spindle tools, jaw boxes (tool plates), indexing units, rotary tables and tailstocks. Production takes place entirely within the European Union on a 3-hectare plant site in Białystok, where cast iron and cast parts are also produced in-house. The manufacturing complex includes an in-house hardening shop and grinding shop; hardened clamping jaws achieve HRC 57–60, guide surfaces are ground and machined to tolerances down to ±0.10 mm. Materials are cast iron as well as high-alloy, stabilized and hardened quality steel. Customers include the automotive, medical, aerospace and steel industries as well as the metalworking industry.
