Bisquiva GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hanover, is a private-label supplier specializing in sweet baked goods and a broker for renowned retail chains with an international structure. The product range includes, among other things, chocolate butter cookies, wafer products such as wafer rolls, and Jaffa Cakes with fruit filling. The company does not operate its own production; manufacturing takes place at external sites certified to IFS Food Higher Level, which Bisquiva supervises as part of its supplier and specification management. Services include the development of tailored product solutions, quality control, and the management of packaging materials. From Hanover, more than 30 markets and over 20 retail partners worldwide are supplied, with a focus on the European market. Bisquiva is a one hundred percent subsidiary of Bahlsen GmbH & Co. KG and has been active in the private-label business for over 25 years.
