About us
Bissinger sheet metal and welding solutions GmbH, based in Zaberfeld (Baden-Württemberg), is a family-run manufacturing company specialising in the processing and machining of all types of steel and sheet metal. Its core competence lies in the production of custom-made and demanding vessel and steel constructions, silo systems for bulk materials, sewage sludge plants as well as product groups in vessel and steel construction, heavy mechanical engineering and transport systems. Production takes place entirely weather-independently in two covered factory halls of 2,000 m² each (approx. 4,000 m² in total); up to 800 tonnes of carbon and stainless steel are processed annually. Products with up to 6 m diameter, up to 30 m length, up to 15 mm sheet thickness and up to 25 t unit weight can be manufactured completely inside the halls; larger components are manufactured in parts and assembled on site. The company is certified to DIN EN 1090 EX3 and serves customers among others in bulk materials, environmental and sewage sludge technology.
