About BK³ Energieanlagen
BK³ Energieanlagen GmbH, based in Berlin, specializes in the manufacture, installation and service of combined heat and power units (CHP). The company builds and supplies CHP units in the power range of 50 to 500 kW electrical output with total efficiency levels of up to over 91%. Beyond mere delivery, BK³ takes care of the complete integration of the units into the local conditions of its customers, including plant construction, electrical integration, gas treatment and exhaust gas treatment. In the service sector, the company offers scheduled maintenance, remote maintenance, full maintenance, individual services and spare parts for gas engines. Since the entry into force of the 44th BImSchV in June 2019, BK³ has also supplied continuous NOx measurement systems with sensor, control box, temperature sensor and optional display for emissions monitoring of medium-sized combustion and engine plants with 1–50 MW firing heat output. The company was acquired at the end of 2019 by long-standing Managing Director Steffen Meese and has since been owner-managed.
