BKT Germany is an owner-managed PU systems house based in Rödermark near Frankfurt that has combined chemical formulation, low-pressure casting technology and component manufacturing under one roof since 1985. The company develops customer-specific polyurethane systems from a minimum quantity of 100 kg in a hardness range from Shore A 10 to Shore D 85, including integral foam, rigid/soft foam and compact systems for electrical potting, also FDA-compliant and UV-stable. Processing takes place on self-developed low-pressure elastomer casting machines with Siemens S7 control, Industry 4.0 connectivity, remote maintenance and process data acquisition. In addition to contract manufacturing from prototype to series production, BKT produces semi-finished products (sheets, round rods, blocks, square bars), custom molded parts and express cut-to-size pieces. The proprietary brand FLEXONAL® comprises PU elastomers for screening, filtration and edge coating technology; the company also offers temperature-resistant, food-grade silicone systems up to 260 °C as well as the ivory substitute elforyn®. Products are sold via its own online shops to processors worldwide.
