blache medical is a medical technology company founded in 2005 and based in Wellendingen, Baden-Württemberg, specializing in the development and manufacture of surgical instruments. The company designs and manufactures medical tools individually to customer requirements – from bulldog clamps and vascular clamps to curettes, forceps and micro dissectors, as well as cannulas for liposuction and the in-house developed K-Gripper. The instruments are made predominantly of high-quality stainless steel and titanium; production is carried out by trained skilled personnel, partly by hand, complemented by heat treatment of stainless steel and laser marking on behalf of customers. The product range serves applications in surgery, plastic and aesthetic surgery, orthopedics, traumatology, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, dentistry and veterinary medicine. Project management covers support from the initial idea through to first clinical use, including the product file, material certificates and tolerance analysis. Products from blache medical are used worldwide.
