Blank's Brauerei, Brennerei & Mosterei is a family business in Zwiefaltendorf on the Danube that has existed since 1878 and is today run by Thomas Blank in the fourth generation. History
- 1878
Anton Blank (born 22.5.1853) acquired the brewery property in Zwiefaltendorf and founded the family tradition.
Wunnibald Blank ran the brewery with his wife Hilda Maria, established the schnapps distillery and created the beer cellar still in use today.
The 3rd generation, Thomas Blank's parents, continued the family tradition.
