Blaschke Umwelttechnik – Exhaust extraction specialist since 1976
Blaschke Umwelttechnik GmbH is a manufacturer based in Meitingen near Augsburg since 1976, producing exhaust gas extraction systems for capturing diesel emissions and other airborne pollutants directly at the source. The family-owned company develops, manufactures, installs and services extraction systems for rail depots, fire brigades, rescue stations, the THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief), industrial halls, workshops and special applications such as TÜV inspection stations, mining, the German Armed Forces or cable cars. Manufacturing takes place at the Meitingen (Herbertshofen) site using high-quality materials, such as aluminium extraction slot channels and heat-resistant hoods and hoses, largely through pre-assembly at the plant. The service portfolio includes consulting, project planning with 3D detailed engineering and system simulation, manufacturing, complete installation including electrics and pipework, as well as maintenance, remote maintenance and airflow measurement. More than 1,000 systems installed worldwide, including reference projects for DB Regio, Hitachi UK, TCDD and SNCF, demonstrate the international capability of the systems. Since 2023, the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; its own site is fully supplied by its own solar installation.

Quality and certification
Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system per DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; systems are carefully inspected and meet national and international quality and safety standards. Service technicians perform maintenance in accordance with applicable regulations, document inspection results, measure airflows at each capture point and use remote maintenance fault analysis.
