About us
Blattner AG is an SME in the field of control system construction based in Tägerwilen in the canton of Thurgau. Since 1983, the company has manufactured control cabinets, control systems and switchgear from prototype to series production, always in accordance with the applicable standards. Its value chain includes planning and consulting, electrical engineering including PLC programming, mechanical machining of mounting plates, doors, enclosures and PVC covers in its own control cabinet machining centre, laser engraving labels, electrical wiring, testing and documentation, as well as installation, commissioning, retrofit and service with remote maintenance and maintenance including thermal imaging camera inspections. Customers come from mechanical engineering, environmental technology, industrial and building automation, energy systems as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology; reference projects also include shipping and tunnel construction. Production and administration are concentrated at Konstanzerstrasse 52 in Tägerwilen, since 2021 with a new production hall.

Every control cabinet is tested in a protected test area after wiring: visual inspection, measurement of short-circuit strength and protective conductor connections, tests under mains current and voltage as well as complete PLC verification. Every system is photographed and documented; the company carries the VSAS quality label (VSAS/USAT/USAQ certified) and is a Siemens Solution Partner with regular audits.
