About BLAU Optoelektronik
BLAU Optoelektronik has been developing and manufacturing high-precision laser modules, optical sensors and custom optoelectronics since 1987. The product portfolio includes machine vision laser modules (including MVnano, MVpulse, MVpulseHP, MVsquare, MVfemto, MVgoldHP), line and point lasers, DOE laser modules and OEM modules with mechanics, optics and electronics tailored to customer requirements, also in small series from 10 units. Since 2019, the company has produced Powell lenses in-house at a rate of several hundred units per week; laser module manufacturing reaches an annual capacity of over 40,000 modules. The laser technology covers wavelengths from 405 to 905 nm at outputs up to 2,000 mW, complemented by optical sensor technology such as PSD, triangulation and confocal sensors. Customers come from medical technology, mechanical engineering, automation technology, research and microelectronics. Development, prototype manufacturing and series production take place entirely at the Überlingen site on Lake Constance in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
