About BLICKLE
BLICKLE Werkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG develops and manufactures metal cutting tools, including special tools for individual applications, DIN standard reamers from stock, patented deburring reamers, and machine and automatic lathe reamers in HSS/E and carbide. The product range also includes carbide cutting and anvil rollers with diameters up to 400 mm as well as modular special machinery for rotary cutting, embossing and sealing processes including conveying and vacuum transport units. In addition, the company offers optoelectronic, non-contact measuring systems for cutting tools and saw blades with the MULTICHECK series, which were originally developed for its own quality control. Project solutions are delivered from a single source – from the first draft to production operation. The tools are suitable for steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, cast materials and difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium and heat-resistant alloys. Customer industries include, among others, hydraulic valves, gate valves, injection technology and hygiene products such as baby and adult diapers. Manufacturing takes place on the Swabian Alb in Baden-Württemberg; the products are in use by customers worldwide.
