About us
Blohberger & Olma GmbH is a company for window, door and sun protection technology based in Rüsselsheim in the Rhine-Main region. The company manufactures and installs windows made of plastic, wood and aluminium, entrance doors and canopies with burglary protection, conservatories built to individual customer requirements, and roller shutters with electric drives and controls. The scope of supply also includes awnings and conservatory shading, venetian blinds, roller blinds and pleated blinds for indoor and outdoor use, balcony, terrace, sliding and folding doors, vertical blinds as well as insect screens. In addition, the company offers repair and maintenance of windows, roller shutters and sun protection systems. Its roots lie in a venetian blind manufacturing operation that was relocated from Berlin to Rüsselsheim in the early 1960s; in 1973 the GmbH, which still exists today, was founded. Since September 2009, Erhard Pieldner has been running the company, supported by the founders Manfred Blohberger and Otto Olma. In addition to its headquarters in Rüsselsheim, the company maintains sales offices in Frankfurt/Main and Groß-Gerau.
