About Blomenröhr Fahrzeugbau

Blomenröhr Fahrzeugbau GmbH is a trailer manufacturer founded in 1963, headquartered in Geseke (Westphalia) with a second production site in Egeln (Saxony-Anhalt). The company designs and manufactures custom low-loaders built to customer specification (mini, drive-over and over-ramp low-loaders), three-way and two-way tippers, two-axle trailers as well as chassis frames and tilting low-loaders for special machinery, including road marking machines and mining applications. The vehicles are predominantly electrically welded and consist of steel components; for tippers over 10 t, HARDOX 450 is used as a wear-resistant steel floor, while floors are made of impregnated spruce and larch timber. Production includes in-house blasting and painting facilities at both sites as well as duplex coating (hot-dip galvanized and painted) with BASF/Glasurit truck paints. The vehicles are used mainly in the construction and building materials industry, machinery transport, road construction, landscaping and gardening, mining, road marking and agriculture. More than 19,000 custom-produced trailers are in use worldwide; according to KBA statistics, over 60% of all Blomenröhr vehicles ever registered in Germany are still on the road.
