About BLT Hydraulic Components
BLT Hydraulic Components GmbH was founded in 2014 in Schwerte (North Rhine-Westphalia) and specialises in the manufacture and distribution of drive and fluid technology components. The company develops and produces customised hydraulic systems for industrial plants, mechanical engineering, special machinery construction and mobile hydraulics – from design with Siemens Solid Edge via in-house steel and tank construction to the assembly of complete hydraulic power units. HYTANX hydraulic tanks are built from steel, stainless steel and aluminium, as are oil pans and frames; tank projects up to 11,000 litres in volume are realised as well as series of hundreds of small tanks. In addition, BLT manufactures pump carriers, couplings (SONEX, SPLINEX, L-TYPE), cleaning covers and its own NIVEX series of level and temperature switches on lathes and soldering stations. As an official OMT distributor in Germany, the company supplies hydraulic components such as valves, filters, heat exchangers, pressure accumulators, pumps and motors from a single source, including logistics ex works Schwerte.

Quality & Certifications
Delivered tanks and pans are subjected to an on-site leak test (NDT) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3452 and DIN 54 152. All processes are monitored according to in-house production control as well as DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; the welders are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606-1:2017-12 (range 135, 138 D, G, S, P).
